Public Offer Agreement

This public offer agreement is concluded between the online store Markam (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”) who places an order on the website markamshop.com.ua.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller undertakes to sell goods remotely via the website, and the Buyer agrees to purchase selected goods under the terms of this offer.

2. Acceptance of the Offer

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree with the terms of this agreement, delivery, return, and privacy policies.

3. Delivery

• Worldwide delivery is available, excluding the Russian Federation.
• Carriers used: Nova Poshta Global, Ukrposhta, or other international services.
• Estimated delivery time: 5–21 business days depending on the destination.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the Buyer’s responsibility.

4. Payment

• Payment is made in advance through available payment gateways (e.g., WayForPay, LiqPay).
• Supported currencies: GBP, EUR, USD.

5. Returns and Refunds

• International returns are not accepted.
• Please verify your order before completing the payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure. The Buyer must provide accurate shipping information.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the current legislation.
